Sun in earth. Fusion.

Pick helium from Jupiter atmosfer. Its gravity is only twice and one third earth albeit its size. Bring it. Do it in space better. More safe.
I would use a big sphere of atractive magnets but phisically shortly spaced double layer to start with.
Accumulate helium inside this sphere. Ignite it, feed it if.
You can take out the sphere layer now first decreasing magnets slowly.

The sphere of oposite magnet double layer cover help stop gravity from comming by destroying higgs. At least reduces the amout. That gives better environment to ignite fusion of helium. More slowly without gravity collapsing the process.

Helium explodes and burns faster than starting from Hydrogen. Hydrogen may be to slow energetic to be practical. For a normal mini sun.

And water from earth?
Well, if it were to became standard, we are that animals as to dry the planet on the long run. I rather pick it ip from Jupiter.
